Radio icon Toby Anstis turns 50 today, marking his big day by inviting loyal listeners to tune into his breakfast show.
Hosting Heart Dance, Toby was one of the big names used to launch the station after 17 years heading up Heart’s mid-morning show.
He announced he was stepping down from the role early last year, which had been the UK’s most listened to commercial radio station.
But outside of the booth, star Toby has intrigued fans with not only his loved life, but a jacked transformation that solidified his heartthrob status.
Back in 2016, the hunky DJ was snapped topless as he worked up a sweat in the park.
Toby unleashed his rippling six pack abs, muscled chest and broad shoulders to a flood of gushing tweets.
He’d been working out with famed celebrity trainer Joss Garnier earlier in the year, and it looked like it paid off.
Ever since Toby looks to have maintained his high level of fitness, looking trim and well kept while rocking his dapper style.
And a recent Instagram video showed Toby switching up his workouts for maximum effect, employing a parachute in his sprints to burn through as much fat as possible.
Snaps from his holidays show the results of his hard graft, a topless beach snap revealing he’s only getting more ripped.
Toby even paid tribute to trainer Joss, who’s tips and tricks helped keep him lean during the first lockdown.
Exercising in the park again, Toby told how exercise can benefit both physical and mental health, especially during 2020.
But Toby did face a major setback – receiving a positive Covid test.
After making his full recovery, he told fans that he was feeling “fitter and stronger than ever” during his fitness comeback.
Meanwhile, Toby’s love life has been surrounded by speculation over rumours he’d hit it off with Love Island and Celebs Go Dating star Amy Hart.
Fans told the two they’d make a gorgeous couple after they looked cozy at an event in September last year.
But a source at the time told MailOnline that they’re not a couple – but merely bonded over their shared love for musicals.
