Mrs Hinch remained defiant as she bravely shared a message that was sent to her by a cruel social media troll.

The 30-year-old social media star, who is best pals with Stacey Solomon, remained positive as she hit back at the nasty message with a witty response.

Her latest message came shortly after the star led Digital Detox Day by taking a weekend off social media.

In the Instagram story that she shared on Monday night, Sophie Hincliffe quoted the mean message before sharing her response.

“You’re such an ugly stuck up b****, who wears a long evening dress to the beach!!! I hope you rot in hell,” the original message read.

In a bid to shed light on the amount of online abuse she receives, Sophie urged her fans to stop trying to please those around her – as she is trying to do herself.

Alongside her heartfelt post, Sophie shared a candid snap of her legs covered in bruises and opened up about her medical condition.

“Thank you firstly My dress was £38 from river island so thats a barg “evening dress,” she began.

“But In all honesty I wore this long dress because I wanted to hide my legs.

“My blood condition is not good right now so I am covered in bruises that I cannot control.

“But why did I bother? As you’ll now pull apart my bruises too! So thank you…

” Because of you I will wear my denim shorts Next time and wear them proud!

“Because no matter what I do I will NEVER please people like you!”

“I guess the point I’m trying to make here guys is stop trying to please those people, live your one life the best you can! stand proud, because you’ll never please them all!

“You are ENOUGH. I love you all. Goodnigght xxx.”

Mrs Hinch’s empowering message came as she returned to social media after taking a break over the weekend.

Stacey Solomon also followed suit and stepped away from her phone for a weekend with her family.

Speaking about her return to Instagram, Sophie revealed that she had missed her fans but enjoyed not feeling the pressure of pleasing others.

Their move away from their social media platforms came in hopes of raising awareness for mental health.
