Mischa Barton has been pictured enjoying a glass of wine in the sunshine on an outing with her dog in Los Angeles.

The former O.C. star, 34, was seen taking a seat on a step and sipping from a glass of what appeared to be white wine as she made the most of the sunny weather.

She was out and about with her pet pooch and looked relaxed as she chatted on the phone.

Mischa wore comfy black trousers and a checked shirt, and went makeup-free.

The actress is currently dating fellow screen star Gian Marco Flamini, but she appeared to be flying solo on her day out with her dog.

Mischa, who is a keen animal lover, shot to fame as a child star before landing her break out role as Marissa Cooper in hit teen drama The O.C.

Since then, she’s appeared in films such as St Trinian’s, Closing The Ring and Don’t Fade Away, as well as TV shows including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

She also appeared as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars – the US version of Strictly back in 2016.

Mostly recently Mischa was a castmember on reality TV show The Hills: New Beginnings, but has reportedly after just one season.

She appeared on the show opposite some of the original castmembers including Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Pratt, Audrina Patridge and Brody Jenner.
