Adele is absolutely chuffed with her new body and keen to show it off in a bikini, reports say.

The Hello and Skyfall singer, 32, has shed an estimated seven stone since adopting a rigorous workout and diet regimen.

Her Instagram offerings have drawn floods of praise from stunned fans as they gush over her incredible achievement.

Now it’s said that she’s proud as punch of what she’s accomplished.

“Adele’s proud of her new physique,” a source told Heat, “…she obviously doesn’t want to become known as someone who is just posting sexy selfies all the time.

“However, she’s been desperate to show herself off to give her a confidence boost.”

They added that Adele’s happy to show her weight loss off after putting in the hard work to get there, and would be keen on going somewhere she can wear a bikini.

“She wants to wait for the dust to settle before she posts any more pics,” the insider continued.

“But she’s keen to go somewhere she can wear a bikini. She’s worked so hard to look this good and isn’t afraid to show it off.”

Mirror Online has reached out to reps for Adele for comment.

Her weight loss journey is said to have begun shortly after her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki last year, with whom she shares son Angelo.

She was said to have wanted to make a change in her life when she became single again, embarking on a gruelling exercise and diet schedule.

While it’s never been confirmed how much she’s lost exactly, it’s thought to be around seven stone.

It’s even rumoured she had a helping hand from music biz pal Harry Styles, who showed her all his favourite hiking routes about California’s sunny Malibu.

HIIT classes were also thought to be involved, as well as ditching the ten cups of sugary tea a day, alcohol and cigarettes.

She was recently embroiled in a controversy following accusations of cultural appropriation.

Adele shared a snap of herself on social media in which she wore a Jamaican flag-themed bikini top and tied her hair into Bantu knots.

But while some criticised her, others backed her up, including Labour MP David Lammy, who dismissed the judgement as “poppycock.”

Naomi Campbell shared a string of heart and Jamaican flag emojis on the post, while fellow singer Alexandra Burke weighed in: “As a Jamaican girl myself, my girl has grown up in black culture.

“People forget she’s from Tottenham…let her live her best life, leave her alone.
