Charli XCX ‘gets restraining order’ against fan who was ‘found naked in her hot tub’
A man tried to visit Charli XCX’s home two days in a row last week and on the second occasion her got naked in her hot tub and walked around her bedroom, it’s claimed
Charli XCX has been granted a restraining order against a fan who was found naked in her hot tub, it’s claimed.
The Boom Clap singer, 28, claims the man tried to visit her at her home in LA two days in a row last week, according to court documents seen by TMZ.
It’s reported that on the second visit, which occurred on August 25, he stripped naked and jumped in her hot tub and also strolled in and out of her bedroom.
He was then confronted by Charli’s roommate and arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department on the scene.
Charli, whose real name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison, filed for and was granted a temporary restraining order against the suspect.
The suspect, who has not been named, is said to be from Wisconsin.
The restraining order requires him to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her car, her job and her home.
She reportedly claims he’s sent her hundreds of manic, obsessive and disturbing messages on social media.
The second time he went to her house she filmed the whole thing on security cameras, according to the report.
Her roomate claims the suspect “lied about who he was, claiming falsely to be a friend of Charli’s and that they lived together in Wisconsin”.
She continued: “He’d arrived on foot, sweating, and acting very strangely.”
Charli is said to have been out when it happened.
