The mega mansion in which Peter Andre tied the knot with wife Emily five years ago is now on the market for an eye-watering £7,950,000.

The hefty price tag makes Mamhead House the most expensive property ever sold in Devon – should someone snap it up.

The most expensive previous price paid for a property was £5.2million for Kings Nympton Park House, which was reportedly sold to a cash buyer in 2016.

Peter and Emily – who recently celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary – tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony back in 2015 attended by close friends and family.

And the Mamhead House – the mansion in which they said their vows – now ia on the market with estate agency Strutt & Parker.

The couple invited 162 guests to their wedding on July 11.

It was a royally-inspired day to remember.

The glamorous estate has seen many weddings take place.

It wasn’t just the Mysterious Girl singer who decided to say “I Do” there.

In fact, the property was built in 1833 and dubbed “Marriage House”.

First Baron Mamhead Robert Newman was the first to say his vows at the estate with his new bride Mary, as the pair’s initials are still engraved throughout the mansion to this day.

The family motto, “Ubi amor ibi fides” which traslates to “Where there is love there is trust” is carved above the front door.

It’s not only the perfect location to not only get married but to live in with your other half.

The estate – a gorgeous Grade I-listed Georgian mansion – comes complete with a whopping 164 acres of land.

The main building was built with stunning Bath stone, boasting of 16 bedrooms, eight bathrooms and an attic.

Its attic comes equipped with an eye-watering 11 bedrooms and two more bathrooms.

The hidden gem of the estate is the beautiful castle which sits in the garden of the mansion – and it even has an underground passage back to the house in case you don’t want to walk back above ground.

A large camellia house overlooks a magnificent Italian sunken garden with a fountain, sundial and seat.

Since their beautiful special day, Peter and Emily went on to have kids Millie, six, and Theo, three.

Also living with them are Junior, 14, and Princess, twelve, Peter’s son and daughter from his first marriage to Katie Price.
