This year’s BAFTA TV Awards are taking place tonight and the stars won’t be missing out on a goody bag despite having to watch the ceremony from home.

The 2020 ceremony will be taking place virtually, hosted by Richard Ayoade from a socially distanced studio with guest presenters including Emily Atack.

All the winners will be accepting their awards via video link from their living rooms and gardens instead of attending the usual glitzy annual ceremony.

However, organisers have made sure the celebs don’t miss out on the event’s goody bags, which have been sent out to their homes instead.

The famous faces involved in the event have been treated to a bottle of Taittinger Champagne, a bottle of white wine, a package of Kiko makeup, and a bottle of special San Pellegrino.

They also got a colouring book, a champagne stopper and some sweets.

In previous years, BAFTA TV Awards goody bags have included treats from fake tan and shampoo to posh chocolates, scented candles and Evian.

The unbagging video was posted online by one of lucky recipients of the bag.

Tonight the stars of the show will be getting dressed up and sitting at home waiting to find out whether they win or lose.

Killing Eve star Jodie Comer, who is nominated for the Leading Actress gong, was among the first to share her at-home look.

The actress shared a snap of herself posing in her garden clutching a glass of fizz as she prepared to host a BBQ.

She wrote: “Jodie wrote: “BAFTA is looking a little different this year…

“I’ve swapped the Royal Festival Hall for a BBQ in the back garden!! Shout out to the legend General Manager at Liverpool Parcelforce who hand delivered this beautiful @duroolowu dress to me this morning.

“After saying I was going to wear my pyjamas to this year’s BAFTAs I nearly got what I wished for!

“And thanks to @noblepanacea for the glow. Congratulations to all the nominees, let’s dance!”

Jodie is nominated for the Leading actress award for her role in Killing Eve, going up against Glenda Jackson (Elizabeth is Missing), Suranne Jones (Gentleman Jack) and Samantha Morton (I Am Kirsty).
