The Pitch Perfect star did not hesitate to reveal some details, dubbing her process the ‘Rebel triangle of health.’

The Australian native explained in a video that this refers to the three different things she focused on, mainly the physical, the nutritional as well as the mental!

‘Let’s start first with the physical activity. I know I am in a lucky position, I do have access to really amazing personal trainers, but I want you guys to know that the majority of the exercise that I’ve done this year has just been me going out for a walk…That is free. You can do it it safely, and walking is the best way for me, for my body type, to metabolize fat. So, on the physical side my biggest tip guys is get out there and walk. If you can do an hour that’s fantastic, that’s what I like to do when I go walking,’ Rebel told her followers.

She went on to encourage female fans to also lift weights as it can really make them feel strong – besides, it’s not just good for the muscles, it’s great for the bones as well!

The actress mentioned that she works out Monday through Saturday, taking a break on Sundays.

However, she stressed that it doesn’t have to be anything too complex or demanding as she likes to sometimes just walk for an hour and it still works great for metabolizing the fat!
