Becky Vardy has been praised by fans after sharing a poignant message on social media in honour of World Mental Heath Day.
The 38-year-old WAG, who has been married to footballer Jamie Vardy for four years, took to Instagram on Saturday to show her support and raise awareness for mental health.
Sharing the post with her 419,000 Instagram followers, Becky appeared to urge her fans to be kind and considerate to others.
Her statement comes amid an ongoing feud with fellow WAG Coleen Rooney following the explosive ‘WAGatha christie’ debacle.

Alongside the post, she added a simple caption that has become synonymous with mental health and the pressures of social media.
She wrote: “#bekind,” alongside a heart emoji.
The mum of five has been praised by fans and commended for sharing the supportive post.
“Becky, i’ve become a huge fan recently, u come across so lovely, kind & ‘real’, a down to earth & fabulous Mam. ‘Be Kind’ so true!” penned one fan.
Another wrote: “Be true to yourself @beckyvardy I love you lots.”
Rebekah is due to head to court next year where she will face Coleen Rooney in conclusion to the explosive Wagatha Christie scandal.
Wayne Rooney’s wife was given the nickname after accusing Becky of leaking her private stories to the press.
In an explosive statement almost a year to the day, the mum-of-four revealed that she had blocked every account but Rebekah’s from seeing the posts, before sharing a string of false Instagram stories.
The stories eventually ended up making their way into the papers, which led Coleen to the conclusion that Rebekah was the mole.
Rebekah was heavily pregnant at the time and has always denied responsibility.
She is now pursuing libel action against her fellow WAG.
Drama aside, Rebekah also recently announced that she would be competing on Dancing On Ice.
In a telling comment, the doting mum admitted that she hoped her kids see her having fun on the show.
“I hope they [the kids] will be. I want them to see mummy smiling, having fun and working hard,” she wrote.
