Rebekah Vardy unveils DOI skating partner Andy Buchanan as she starts training

Dancing on Ice ‘s Rebekah Vardy has got stuck into her training after unveiling her skating partner Andy Buchanan ahead of the series launch.

The WAG is among the famous faces who have joined the 2021 show, which is due to return to TV in January.

She has been partnered up with pro skater Andy Buchanan, who shared a picture of the pair posing at Alexandra Palace ice rink in North London.

The picture showed him posing with Rebekah on the ice at the famous venue, where DOI competitors flock to learn the ropes.

Andy is a Canadian figure skater who has spent years at the top of his game.

He’s performed in productions such as Cirque du Soleil, Holiday On Ice and Disney on Ice, and he’s married to fellow skater Robin Johnstone.

They’ve been married for more than a decade and often perform together on the ice.

Robin retweeted the picture of Andy with Rebekah and added a sweet good luck message to the pair.

She wrote: “Yessss wishing my hubby @AndyBuchananTV and his 2021 @dancingonice partner @RebekahVardy a fun series.”

Rebekah is among the stars taking part in the next series of the ITV skating show, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.

Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, John Barrowman and Ashley Banjo will also be returning to judging duties.

Filming kicks off in January so the stars have just a few short months to get themselves ready.
