There’s no time to be bored in quarantine when you can get creative instead! This is what the actress has been doing and it even serves a great cause!
Priyanka Chopra was declared creative advisor for Bon V!V spiked seltzer not too long ago and so she’s been making quite a lot of Make Me Blush cocktails, the brand’s newest invention!
However, she’s also found a way to give back while relaxing and enjoying the drink.
During an interview for E! News that was supposed to be celebrating the partnership, she revealed that the best part of it all is actually not the sweet drink but ‘that 20 percent of the proceeds go to CARE. A big part of who I am is philanthropic and the fact that I aligned with a brand who jumped up and said we want to be able to do that with you was just so awesome. And CARE is just such a great organization…I just think that you’ll be having a fun brunch but at the same time you’ll be providing for women across the world so I think it’s a win for both.’
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Priyanka and her husband Nick Jonas have become the hosts of pretty much all of their brunches even though the actress admitted she is ‘not the best cook.’
But, even so, Priyanka Chopra went on to say that there are some dishes that are her go-to and that she simply can’t resist making for her guests.
‘I just cannot cook. I have never taken to it. I do not particularly love it but I’m a big fan of avocado toast with fried egg and to add pickles and chili on it. But my husband makes some amazing tuna sandwiches and that is one of his specialties so that is also on our brunch menus,’ she told the news outlet.
Another interest she’s found in quarantine is learning instruments and while she’s still figuring out which one is her favorite, it’s safe to say that Nick Jonas is super excited about that since he’s a musician.
