Pregnant Cara De La Hoyde stirs labour speculation with glowing hospital snap

Cara De La Hoyde has sparked speculation that she’s going into labour.

The Love Island star, 29, is expecting her second child with hubby and villa flame Nathan Massey.

That means little Freddie, who they welcomed in 2017, will be getting a baby sister.

She shared a snap of her and Nathan from the hospital, captioning the selfie: “Wild Saturday for mum & dad.”

Cara can be seen proudly displaying her bump while Nathan gives the camera a peace sign in the background, both wearing masks over their faces.

This comes shortly after Cara revealed her pre-eclampsia diagnosis, a condition that affects the blood pressure of pregnant women.

Now, more than eight months into her pregnancy, some fans are speculating that she’s in labour.

One asked if it was because of her diagnosis, writing: “Are they inducing you because of the pre-eclampsia? I had pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy so was interested to see how they are managing your care. Good luck!”

Another commented: “Hope everything is ok?? Best of luck.”

A third asked: “OMG are you in labour??!”

Later she shared a snap of her looking bored, writing: “Wonder how long we’re going to be here.”

Mirror Online has reached out to reps of Cara for comment.

She told fans about her diagnosis in an Instagram post that paid tribute to the NHS.

Sharing a snap of herself giving Freddie a piggy-back ride, Cara penned: “The last few days have been pretty up & down, still not out of the woods yet.

“I have been diagnosed with ‘Preeclampsia’ after my local midwife spotted the signs at my appointment yesterday.

“Thank you everyone for all your messages of love & concern, I’m seeing the head consultant tomorrow to see what the next steps are.

Cara and Nathan on Love Island

“Again a massive thank you to the NHS and all the ladies @darent_valley_hospital.

“But seeing his face and knowing he’s going to be a big brother makes it all worth it.”

Cara and Nathan won the 2016 series of Love Island, winning a whopping 54% of the vote, having been coupled up for the whole series.

Earlier this year, they dropped the bombshell news that baby number two was on the way.
