Paul Hollywood’s ex-partner Summer grumbles about legal letters after break-up
The Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood is said to have sent ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam a set of legal papers following their split
They had a bitter battle over a horse stable.
Now, Paul Hollywood’s ex-girlfriend has grumbled that the Bake Off star sent her “more than 25/30” legal letters in the wake of their break-up.
Summer Monteys-Fullam had been asked by a fan how many legal letters she got from a “certain nameless ex”.
She added: “What a waste of money.”
The pair split when Paul tried to get her to sign an non-disclosure agreement to prevent her speaking about their relationship, which she refused.
In the fallout from their break-up, last year the former barmaid, 25, told solicitors to pursue an action against Paul, 54, but dropped it soon after.
They continued to row over a stable which she claims she had built at their £1million Kent home.
Last December a source close to Paul said: “Paul’s legal team have repeatedly asked for proof of purchase but Summer has failed to hand it over.”
Dad-of-one Paul is now dating pub landlady Melissa Spalding, while Summer says she is still single, adding on social media: “Still wading my way through disappointments.”
Big question for Sir David Attenborough
Four-year-old William stumped Sir David Attenborough with a tricky question on BBC Breakfast yesterday: who would win in a fight between a lion, a hippo and a rhino?
“If they were in the river, it would be the hippopotamus,” started Sir David. “If they were on land, I think it would be the lion.
“But I’m not sure because the hippopotamus is very big, and weighs much more than a lion….”
One thing is clear, it would make a great episode of Planet Earth.
Jo Brand on Princess Diana’s sense of humour
Princess Diana was a fan of smutty jokes, according to comedian Jo Brand.
The pair met on the Clive James show, when Jo made a lewd quip about some German chewing gum called Spunk.
“She said to me afterwards, ‘I thought that joke was really funny’,” Jo tells the Out to Lunch podcast. “I was quite surprised really, as you tend to think people like her are wheeled around on a trolley.
“Well, she was cheeky.”
