After her official departure from the RHOA series, there have been all kinds of rumors and suppositions as to why she decided to leave the show.
NeNe had a recent interview with ET, and she spilled the tea regarding the reasons for which she took this decision. It seems that she received an offer that she did not see as appropriate after all these years.
‘Confirming what led to her departure, NeNe said, “I left the show. I had an offer on the table. I did not think the offer was a fair offer.” When asked if she would ever come back to the show she helped make a household name, she said she is not interested at the moment, “I wish them all the best, really, I do, but I don’t think that’s the place for me,”‘ TSR notes.

She also addressed her relationship with Andy Cohen: ‘Well, I thought that we had a relationship and a great relationship. But maybe we didn’t. I don’t know. You know you don’t turn off your feelings for someone because you had an argument. I’ve always loved Andy.’
