Naya Rivera’s ex-husband has shared a photo of himself decorating a Christmas tree with their son.
The tragic Glee star died in a tragic accident back in July after she went sailing with her five-year-old son Josey and drowned. She was just 33-years-old.
Josey’s dad Ryan Dorsey has shared a glimpse into their first Christmas without her as they got their house ready for the festive season this weekend.
Taking to his Instagram account on Saturday evening, Ryan, 37, posted a picture of himself holding Josey as the little boy put the star on the top of their Christmas tree.
The father and son both wore Father Christmas hats as they decorated.
Their beautiful tree had multi-coloured decorations and twinkling lights.
Ryan had a proud smile on his face as he watched his boy put the finishing touches on to the tree.
The actor captioned the post: “#HappyHolidays to all.
“You, you, and even you, all of ya. Hope you get nothing but happiness.
“Except you. I’m talking to you, 2020. #f***2020.”
It comes after Ryan reportedly filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Josey.
Ryan is claiming that the boat was unsafe to be used and TMZ has reported that he has filed documents claiming that Ventura County is responsible for Naya’s death.
