Matthew Perry launches limited edition Friends fashion line for charity
The Friends actor has turned his hand to fashion design – and modelling – for a good cause as he does his part in the ongoing battle against the coronavirus pandemic

Matthew Perry has whipped Friends fans into a frenzy of excitement by releasing a limited edition charity fashion collection.
The 51-year-old TV star has turned fashion designer for a good cause and is flogging t-shirts with drawings of his iconic character, Chandler Bing, for a good cause.
And the star has also turned model – slipping in to one of his designs to show it off and to draw attention to his charitable venture.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Matthew posed in a white t-shirt which depicted Chandler dancing merrily over a slogan reading “Could this BE any more of a t-shirt?” while also pressing a banana to his ear.
Sharing the image with his 7.3 million followers, Matthew wrote: “What is this, a limited edition t-shirt for charity?
“For two weeks only, I’m releasing an apparel collection! Proceeds will support the World Health Organization’s COVID 19 relief efforts.”
He humorously added: “Banana not included.”
His segway into fashion delighted fans, with several asking in response to his Instagram post: “are you included with the shirt? asking for a friend.”
And others remarking: “Could this BE anymore PERFECTION?”
Matthews collection includes the t-shirt design in a variety of shades, and also includes a hooded jumper with the slogan “Could this BE any more of a sweatshirt?”
Mugs with the sloan “Could this BE any more of a mug?” are also on sale – as well as baseball caps with the slogan: “What is this, a baseball cap?”
Prices range from $18.14 (£13.40) to $54.44 (£40.51) with proceeds going to the World Health Organisation.
A notice on the “Could this BE any more of a Matthew Perry march store?” states: “The World Health Organization works worldwide to promote health, keep the world safe, and serve the vulnerable.
“Our goal is to ensure that a billion more people have universal health coverage, to protect a billion more people from health emergencies, and provide a further billion people with better health and well-being.”
