Mark Wright cast his attention towards his wellbeing and flexibility by enjoying a yoga class in his garden.

Taking part in the routine alongside his brother Josh Wright, the duo had invited Michelle Keegan lookalike, Heather Driver, to host the intense class.

The class is part of Mark Wright’s new fitness app called Train Wright, that offers workout and nutrition guides for the best fitness results.

Promoting the new content in front of his 1.7 million Instagram followers, Mark recorded the group preparing for the class on Thursday.

Speaking to the camera from a sunny garden, Mark plugged the yoga class and urged fans to check out his new platform.

“We are here, finally, filming the yoga element of Train Wright,” he said.

“Josh down there, all stretched off and nimble after his game the other night.

He then panned the camera around to Heather, who was warming up and practicing her stretches from a yoga mat.

“And, here is our teacher Heather. Meet your teacher, Heather.”

Mark added: “This feels amazing, we’re one session down already. Not done yoga before – maybe once in my life – and it feels so amazing. My body feels so flexible, you’re going to love this when it hits the plan.”

Mark’s wife Michelle didn’t take part in the recent workout but has been a keen supporter of Mark’s new project.

The lovebirds, who got married in 2015, have also been able to enjoy lots of workouts together during the lockdown period.

A source told Closer magazine over the summer that the power couple are fully supportive of each other’s work.

“Mark and Michelle work as a team. They’re successful because they’re so supportive and encouraging of one another to reach their full potential,” the source told the publication.

They have also been very disciplined in their workout routines, which they frequently share on their social media.
