Ripped former reality star Mark Wright has lost a bitter legal row with a rival personal trainer.
The ex-Towie hearthrob, now a radio DJ, started his Train Wright videos in the first lockdown in 2020.
But fitness coach Jordan Wright was already using that name.
Mark hired lawyers months after Jordan tried to trademark Train Wright in May 2020.
But a tribunal has ruled in Swindon-based Jordan’s favour.

Mark must pay £1,400 legal costs and has changed his brand to Live Wright.
He started streaming live workouts during 2020, including sessions with Tyson Fury and Olly Murs, building an army of fans.
Two years previously, Jordan had set up a website and traded under that name to clients.
When Mark contested his trademark application Jordan provided evidence he used it first.

Mark was forced to withdraw his trademark application in February.
He can’t trade as a fitness trainer under Train Wright, but successfully registered it to flog merchandise.
In February 2021, it was revealed Mark’s firm, Wright Look Models, earned £400,000 via Train Wright.
