Love Island ’s flame haired bombshell Demi Jones has been linked to a fellow realty show star following her split from Luke Mabbott earlier this year.
Scottish hunk Jamie Clayton, who appeared on the same series as Demi, has been spending time with the 22-year-old in Manchester.
Rumours of the pair becoming an item have been rife since Jamie hinted at a possible decoupling on the outside world.
Jamie posted a snap of himself and Demi strolling around Manchester, fuelling speculation the pair could be romantically linked as they appear to be spending a lot of time together.
Charging rumours they could be more than friends, Jamie captioned the snap of them: “It might have been a rainy few days in Manny but I got a wee visit from my sunshine @demijones1.”
It didn’t take long for Jamie’s followers to rush to the comments begging for the pair to get together.
“Can you two just couple up already!!!” one fan gushed.
Another warned: “Treat her well, she deserves it after the duds she’s dated lol js,” while a third begged: “Please just date! You’re so cute together.”
Demi couldn’t help tease fans with her own gushing comment as she wrote: “Loving you,” with a series of love-heart eye emojis.
The dating rumours come after Love Island couple Demi and Luke split in May after spending three months apart.
The pair, who met on the first winter series in January this year, spent all of the coronavirus lockdown apart and their relationship was said to have fizzled out.
Demi had been living down south in Portsmouth while Luke is in Redcar in the north east.
Demi later admitted their relationship had become one-sided, telling the Metro: “It is a shame because he is a lovely boy and we’re all amicable and friendly, but unfortunately when we came out of the villa I realised my energy wasn’t being reciprocated with Luke on effort levels and such.
“We drifted [apart] and obviously we’re so far away in lockdown which is a shame, but I wish him all the best.”
Demi and Luke reached third place in the series finale which was won by Paige Turley and Finn Tapp, who are still together.
