Strictly’s Charlotte Hawkins laughs as she battles blustery wind in summer dress

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Charlotte Hawkins looked sensational as she strutted her stuff in London on Monday morning in a daring mini dress

Charlotte Hawkins risked a wardrobe malfunction as she stepped out in London in a floral mini-dress.

The former Strictly Come Dancing star oozed elegance as she strutted her way into Global Studios on Monday morning.

The 45-year-old bombshell wowed in a colourful satin frock, which did wonders to showcase her perfectly toned pins.

Charlotte’s enviable waist and hourglass figure was accentuated thanks to the cinched detailing on the daring animal print dress.

Unfortunately for the much-loved telly star, her glamorous walk to work didn’t go without any mishaps.

The blonde bombshell suffered a battle with a large gust of wind, which very nearly exposed her underwear under the ruffled dress.

Thankfully, Good Morning Britain host Charlotte saw the funny side to the near mishap as she was seen laughing and giggling at her wardrobe misfortune.

Charlotte’s latest appearance comes after the daytime telly star endured an incredibly awkward moment on GMB when a fellow presenter butchered her name.

Co-host Antoine Allen, who presents the news headlines, suffered an embarrassing blunder on Monday’s show.

The show was being headed up by Charlotte and Adil Ray, who was standing in for Kate Garraway.

But unfortunately Antoine appeared to misread his autocue and called Charlotte “Catherine”.

Cutting back to Antoine, he said: “If you’re hungry for more weather, take a long at our website.

“We’ll see you again in an hour but now, back to Adil and Catherine.”

The camera then panned to the beaming hosts who did not mention the name blunder, and pretended as if it had never happened.

Charlotte is currently filling Kate’s shoes after she decided to skip Good Morning Britain amid fears for her husband Derek Draper.

Derek has been in intensive care after a horrific coronavirus battle put him into a medically-induced coma.
