Kourtney Kardashian on ‘how to live your best life’ as Kim’s marriage crumbles

If Kim Kardashian is looking for a way to solve her current marriage crisis with Kanye West, then she should look no further than older sister Kourtney.

The 41-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has shown sister Kim that life is a beach by posing in a bikini by the sea.

In case that wasn’t enough to give Kim some pointers as where she should be heading during her marriage crisis, Kourtney also shared an article from her lifestyle website Poosh, on ‘how to live your best life’.

Kourtney and Kim were embroiled in one of the more spectacular fights of their KUWTK series when they came to blows earlier this year.

It would seem that Kourtney is now enjoying the trappings of the single life as she relaxes under the sun while Kim reportedly gets advice from divorce lawyers as she looks to find a way through her marriage difficulties.

Kanye has apologised for his rants on Twitter in which he accused Kim of cheating with Meek Mill before slamming her posing for Playboy and filming a sex tape in her past.

Kim was visibly tearful when she met up with Kanye in Cody, Wyoming this week and returned home alone after he worked his way through what Kim has described as a ‘bipolar episode’.

This family drama is seemingly well out of the mind of Kourtney though as she shared a pic on Instagram of her lounging on steps to a beach with her long legs to the fore and her black and grey swimsuit shimmering in the sunshine.

Not a care in the world for Kourtney as she captions her snap: “Hi beach.”

Kourtney also had some wise words of advice from Poosh which she may want to hint to Kim for a bedtime read.

Sharing the thoughts of Chenoa Maxwell, who is decribed as an ’emotional sherpa’, Kourtney wanted her followers to know: “If you are versed at being present to the sum of all your parts – mind, body, spirit – then you will probably know when one or more of your systems could use an adjustment or check-in.

“You know, sometimes you just feel ‘off’ and can’t place it exactly. That’s when it’s time to do the check-in scans to determine which of your parts would benefit from an added dose of self-love.”

Maxwell went on to say: “Those who have not done the EQ work may have blind spots and find it difficult to discern which system could use the adjustment.

“Actually, you will habitually approach the same problem from the same lens – staying stuck on the proverbial hamster wheel.”

This might be the wheel that Kim is currently stuck on as she navigates her marital problems and some time being able to chill might be good for body and mind.
