Kodak Black is fighting back. The rapper recently filed a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Prisons for torture among other allegations. Kodak has claimed that he has been a victim of torture and horrendous living conditions, including having to wear a paper gown for six hours while being refused the right to use the bathroom.
After being denied the right to use the washroom while wearing a paper gown for 6 hours, the rapper has claimed he was forced to urinate and defecate himself while guards sat back and laughed. Currently, the rapper is serving a four-year prison sentence for weapons charges, but for whatever reason, the prison has allegedly been treating him poorly.
As it was previously reported, Kodak has been serving his sentence in a Kentucky maximum-security prison. Reports have stated he was the victim of attacks from the guards, and now, he’s revealing even more details about the way he has been treated.
TMZ was the first to report that Kodak Black is now filing a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau Of Prisons, including its director, and the warden of Big Sandy. Kodak accused them of violating his rights repeatedly over the last year.

After getting a beat-down after he arrived, Kodak says guards held him down while “flicking his testicles.” Moreover, the rapper alleges that guards have repeatedly assaulted him on for no reason.
The rapper reportedly has medical records to prove it as well, including evidence of bleeding in the mouth, puking, and bruises. Thus far, Kodak has demanded to be removed from the prison and taken to a lower-security prison, and he also wants the system to pay his attorney fees.
As most know, Kodak was incarcerated earlier this year on weapons charges. His legal troubles began in earnest when he was busted at the United States-Canada border with weapons and drugs. However, he’s serving time right now due to lying on a gun registration form.
Previously, the rapper was in the headlines when he hit on Lauren London not long after Nipsey Hussle died. His comments caused a massive backlash online.
