Kim Kardashian ‘barely eating or sleeping’ ahead of tearful car showdown with Kanye

The reality TV icon is said to be ‘completely broken’ by her husband’s erratic behaviour

Kanye West’s Twitter tirades and bombshell allegations are said to be wreaking a terrible toll on his wife Kim Kardashian.

Sources close to the reality TV star said she’s at her wit’s end and barely eating or sleeping while living in constant fear of what her husband might say next.

Kim,39, previously admitted she was ‘powerless’ to help Kanye, who has Bipolar disorder, but after over a week apart managed to sit down with him for crisis talks.

The pair were spotted having a showdown in Kanye’s car with Kim becoming very emotional over the conversation.

A source close to the family described Kim’s emotional state as ‘broken and absolutely devastated’ by recent events.

“She’s in a bad place, barely sleeping, hardly eating and shutting off many of her closest friends, ” an insider disclosed to Closer magazine.

“She’s living in constant fear over what he’s going to say or do next,” they added.

The source said Kim’s top priority is to protect her children – especially North, seven, and Saint, four, who are at an age where they can understand what’s going on around them.

Last night, Kim flew to Wyoming to finally confront her husband-of-six-years who in the past week has made a series of public digs at her and her famous family.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was seen sobbing as she spoke to Kanye ,43, in a parked car.

It’s the first time the pair have been seen together since before the rapper’s political rally in South Carolina which sparked a week of bombshell allegations.

Kanye, who is campaigning to become US president, claimed he and Kim considered aborting their daughter North, accused her of having an affair with rival rapper Meek Mill and called her mother ‘Kris Jong Un.’

Kim spoke out on the controversy last week in a now deleted Instagram post where she called for ‘understanding and compassion.’

“I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure and his actions at times can cause strong opinions and emotions. He is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressure being being an artist and a black man, who experienced the painful loss of his mother, and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bipolar disorder,” she said.
