Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly banned any talk of politics during their make-or-break holiday to save their marriage.
The pair boarded a private jet on Sunday and are believed to have taken their children and a pastor with them to a remote Caribbean island.
Kim and Kanye took all four of their kids North, seven, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and one-year-old Psalm with them, as they focus on healing the rift Kanye’s outburst caused.
The mother-of-four suffered public humiliation after Kanye announced on Twitter that he wanted to divorce her.
But it seems as though the pair are doing everything they can to remain a family unit, and that means cutting out any politics from their conversations, TMZ reports.
Sources close to the troubled couple told the outlet that the couple isn’t planning on hashing out any political differences anytime soon.
Mirror Online has contacted Kim and Kanye’s reps for comment.
It’s safe to say the pair have a lot to discuss aside from politics, after things got so bad that Kim was left with no choice but to hop on a plane and jet to the ranch in Wyoming where he was hiding out to try and sort out their problems.
The reality TV star was left to pick up the pieces after Kanye continued to tweet some cutting remarks about her family – from branding mum Kris Jenner a “white supremacist” to going against Kim.
During her crisis talks with Kanye, Kim was pictured crying as they sat in a car to discuss what was going on between them, and it seems it’s all taking its toll on her.
Over the last few weeks Kanye has launched into several rants about Kim and her family.
He claimed he and Kim had considered aborting their daughter North, as he accused his wife and her mum Kris Jenner of trying to get him locked up.
It’s been a tough road to understanding for Kim, but it seems as though the couple is now looking ahead to getting their romance back on track.
Kanye then publicly apologised to her on Twitter, writing: “I would like to apologise to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter.”
He added: “I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me.”
But despite his apology, it seems as though the couple is far from resolution following this public outburst.
