Katie Price slams claim she’s faked breaking her feet amid swirling bunion rumour

The mum has hit back after trolls accused of her of lying about a horror theme park accident that saw her break both her feet

Katie Price has slammed hurtful rumours she’s faked breaking both her feet.

The 43-year-old star has been confined to a wheelchair and sporting large casts from her toes to her calves after falling off a wall at a Turkish theme park in a freak accident.

Her devastated daughter Princess has since claimed it will be a year until her poor mum is able to walk again.

However, despite the severity of Katie’s injuries, many trolls have shared their scepticism about her version of events and have even accused the mum of making up the accident to get secret bunion surgery on her holiday abroad.

Katie has now addressed the cruel rumours she’s seen doing the rounds as she crashed daughter Princess’ live Instagram chat.

“By the way, someone said on my Instagram, “Oh she has had bunions done on both feet!” said Katie.

“Well, when I have the X-rays and show you, I haven’t had bunions, I have never had bunions in my life!” she insisted.

Princess then said: “She’ll be in a wheelchair for three to six months – but she won’t walk for a year!’

The 13-year-old then asked her mum what bunions are.

Katie then stumbled as she said: “Like, you know, the side where you get like… that is one thing perfect about me, my feet! But obviously they are not perfect now!”

Some trolls had claimed to spot Katie’s youngest daughter Bunny playing with pink crutches in a video of the family packing their suitcases for the holiday to Turkey.

While others raised eyebrows when Katie shared a picture of her carrying daughter Princess in the hotel swimming pool after her accident.

One eagle-eyed fan commented: “Ohh my god how she in the swimming pool with two broken feet the plaster bandages would get wet crazy.”

Another asked: “How are you swimming with plasters on ?”

“How can she be in the pool with 2 broken ankles plaster would get wet,” a third wrote.

It has since been revealed that the picture of Katie was taken by a pap before she went on the fateful theme park trip.

The jaunt had been arranged as a post-lockdown escape that Katie was hoping would take her mind off the drama she’s faced back home.

Within just two weeks, Katie’s family lost their puppy Rolo in a tragic accident after her eldest son Harvey was rushed to hospital with breathing problems.

18-year-old Harvey had been scheduled to fly abroad with Katie but the mum was forced to leave him behind as he continues his recovery.
