Katie Price and Carl Woods gush over everlasting love and ‘obsession’ with each other
EXCLUSIVE: Carl says he loves Katie so much that he doesn’t care about her past – he’s looking towards their happy future together
Katie Price and boyfriend Carl Woods say they’re “obsessed” with each other.
In the short time they’ve been together, they’ve already talked about marriage and children, have moved in together and even have each other’s faces tattooed on their arms.
Former glamour model Katie, 42, has also sworn to take her man’s last name when they wed – something she’s never done before.
Carl recently paid a cute tribute to their future together by presenting her with a personalised number plate reading “WOOODS K’ for her mobility scooter, which she’s using to get around after breaking her feet.
He has a matching plate, reading “WOOODS C”, on his car.
In an exclusive chat with Mirror Online, Katie confessed: “We’re both so jealous of each other, and jealous into each other that it works because we’re both so obsessed with each other.”
Carl, 31, added: “I think if you care, and you genuinely like that person, everybody’s jealous, if you’re not jealous you don’t give a s**t, that’s my opinion.
“I hate the fact that anyone’s had Katie before me and she hates that anyone’s had me before her but it’s life, it’s just how it is, life is just not that way is it?”
Katie’s representative added to us: “They’re just so perfect together – they’re like peas and carrots. I’ve never seen a couple smile so much, it’s a delight to work with every day.”
Katie has faced some criticism over her romance with Carl, with some saying she shouldn’t rush into another relationship.
Some have pointed out that Katie has made similar public declarations of love about others in the past, but she insists it’s the real deal this time.
She told us: “They just don’t know me as a person, they just judge me by the media and that’s what’s really sad.
“A lot has happened to me, a lot has happened to most people in their lives.
“Mental health is a massive thing for me, I’ve gone through a lot. I’ve found someone who I’m actually happy with and who actually understands me, understands my job and I’ve changed because I want to be with him.”
While a pal added: “There will always be sceptics, but these two will prove everybody wrong.”
Carl said that he would never judge Katie on her past, and loves her unconditionally for who she is today.
He said: “I think it’s important, Kate’s past has made her who she is now, if she didn’t have that past then she wouldn’t be who she is now and maybe it wouldn’t have worked with us.
“I think in a way you should be thankful for all the s**t because it brings you to where you are now, and she just wants to leave it where it is so we can move on and she can finally live a happy life.

“I support her in everything she’s done, I think she’s amazing and I couldn’t be more proud of her.”
Carl went on to say that he doesn’t know how Katie deals with the “incessant” trolling that is hurled at her every single day.
He explained: “Lucky for me I’m quite thick-skinned so I can take it and ignore it and laugh about it, but it is f**king incessant, like it does not stop. We’ll wake up in the morning and people have been commenting overnight, at all hours of the night.
“Like I said in my [ Instagram ] Story, I don’t really care if she’s said the same things to others, because haven’t we all?
“Have we not all been there and said, ‘Oh you’re the one I’m going to be with’? Who really gives a f**k?
“She’s tried before and it hasn’t worked, but hopefully this time – not hopefully – it will work this time.
