Judge Refuses To Dismiss Kardashian Family’s Assault And Battery Suit Against Blac Chyna

Blac Chyna won’t be getting off easy. Page Six reported today that Blac Chyna, the former fiancée of Rob Kardashian, won’t get off the hook from her assault and battery lawsuit filed by Rob and the rest of his family.

People Magazine reported this week that the judge presiding over the case denied the 32-year-old’s request to have Rob’s assault and battery lawsuit thrown out of court. In February, Chyna filed the petition to submit evidence which purported to show there was no proof she had assaulted Rob.

Marty Singer, the Kar-Jenner clan’s lawyer, said to Page Six that he was confident Blac Chyna’s motion wouldn’t go through. In case you missed it, the 33-year-old Kardashian and Kylie Jenner filed an assault and battery lawsuit against her in September 2017.

Kylie and Rob accused her of trying to wrap an iPhone charger around his neck. The 23-year-old, Jenner, was included in the lawsuit because the incident reportedly took place in her home, and she claims the altercation cost $100,000 in damage.

Despite the fact Blac Chyna and the rest of the Kardashian family haven’t gotten along in years, Chyna recently expressed her happiness over having seen Rob’s return to the reality series (which ironically was just taken off the air following this last season).

For the last three years, Rob has hidden from the public’s eye, however, he appeared in a new episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians for the first time in years. Fans noted how good he looked, and sources later came out to say he was dating a new woman as well.

Blac Chyna, as well, said she was happy to see him return to the show. She described it as “positive,” and said it was great to see so many people supporting him upon his return.

As it was previously reported, sources claimed it was possible Rob would return to the series after a long hiatus. However, it’s hard to say what Rob’s plan is now following the news that Keeping Up With The Kardashians is going off the air after this final season.
