Jessie J seems to have confirmed she’s split from Channing Tatum again after confessing to fans that she’s single.

The Price Tag singer, 32, made her followers swoon with a a video of her showing off her twerking skills and sipping on a glass of red wine in a recent Instagram post.

In the clip’s caption, Jessie addressed her current relationship status for the first time.

The star wrote: “What my pupils are actually doing while I calmly stare at you trying to get a quick read on your energy…

“Single life in a pandemic is.”

It’s been tough for fans to keep track of Jessie and Channing’s tumultuous relationship.

They first hooked up back in 2018, following Channing’s split from ex-wife – and mum to his daughter Everly – Jenna Dewan, but kept their relationship out of the spotlight.

While appearing on This Morning back in 2019, Jessie avoided questions about her relationship with Channing and was quick to change the topic back to The Voice Kids as the final of the series approached.

Jessie and Channing were then reported to have split in December 2019.

At the time a source told People: “There wasn’t any drama. They just decided to part ways.

“Channing and Jessie have different priorities and focuses that don’t really align.

“They had a fun relationship, but it just didn’t work out.

“Channing needs to be in LA a lot so he can spend time with Everly. Jessie prefers England.”

The couple then reunited in January but split again in April amid lockdown, despite appearing to be isolating together.

Channing even made the move to the UK to be with Jessie, while she was a hit with his daughter, Everly.

At the time a source told The Sun: “Jessie and Channing really care for each other.

“You only need to look at the gushing posts they made about each other during their relationship to see that.

“That’s why they wanted to give their romance another shot, but sadly it hasn’t worked out.

“The split was amicable and they’re still in contact. They’re spending time apart and are open to meeting new people.

“But you shouldn’t bet against another reunion in the future.”

It was reported that Channing had put his name down for private members app Raya following the second split.

But in May, Channing sparked rumours that he and Jessie had reunited once more after he was snapped taking out the bins outside her house after she shared a sweet message to Channing to mark his turning 40.

Channing cranked the rumour mill into overdrive when he was even snapped taking Jessie out for a ride in LA on the back of his motorcycle.

Fans began speculating that the two had reunited and were spending lockdown together, but nothing was confirmed.

Jessie is said to have hinted to her relationship with Channing in the lyrics of her new song Simply Be In Love.

It’s been speculated that Jessie’s powerful lyrics for her upcoming album will address their whirlwind romance.

The emotional lyrics hint the Jessie regretted “rushing” into a past relationship.

They read: “You’re always dreaming about tomorrow, and I’m still overthinking yesterday / Where you go I know I want to follow, let’s make a promise on today.

“Take it slow, baby steps, so we don’t ruin what comes next / Just be still, just stay calm, so we’re not rushing what we are.

“Pressure off, just have fun, it’s not a race, no need to run / If it’s for ever, let’s just simply be in love.”

The star herself dished on the background to the track when discussing it with fans on a recent Instagram Live, while steering clear of naming who it was written about.

“I wrote this song about when you first meet someone and you want to steam ahead,” she told fans.
