At age 54, Wheel of Fortune’s Jenny Powell is two dress sizes smaller than she was in her 20s.
And she credits her fabulous physique to exercise… and bone broth.
The Gimme 5 star reveals she was a svelte size 12 in the 90s, but is now a size 8 with a washboard stomach thanks to her passion for yoga – as well as her favourite meaty tipple, which her South African parents gave her as a child.
“I’m smaller now,” she says, adding with a laugh: “And I certainly wasn’t as flexible. At 20 I was just flailing around – hopping on board the latest craze for six weeks.”

Jenny says regularly drinking boiled bones helps her stay healthy.
“It improves my gut health, which leads to improvements in my fitness,” the presenter says.
Jenny lost her dad to cancer last year, while she was going through the menopause. The stress caused her hair to fall out – which she says she has managed to reverse through diet.
The former Wheel of Fortune presenter, 54, defied her age as she posed in a black bikini

She adds: “I was at rock bottom. It is without a doubt the collagen [that has helped].”
