If we are to live by the mantra that we must “go big or go home” – going big really is our only option, we’ve been locked down long enough.
Celebs are certainly opting for larger than life outfits, with singer Jennifer Lopez preventing attendees of E!’s People’s Choice awards from breaching social distancing guidelines by wearing this giant, red puffball dress.
Meanwhile, actress Jameela Jamil ensured she didn’t actually rub shoulders with anyone, by cladding hers in this pink jacket. When quarantine’s over, go oversize.
Ranvir Singh on her Strictly rehearsals
Having admitted she loves rumours they’re romantically entangled, now Ranvir Singh reveals she’s keeping Strictly pro Giovanni Pernice up all night…
Grudgingly, he’s now letting the Good Morning Britain presenter take naps throughout their sessions.
Joking she is like a toddler, Ranvir – actually 43 – says: “I do have my tantrums, cry a lot and get very tired in the afternoons. I have to nap because my brain stops working.”
Well, she does bombard him with messages at 3:30am, with technical questions about her fancy footwork.
“In order to get through the day, I need 10 minutes, then I need another 10 minutes, and he’s like: ‘Do you want half an hour?’
“He doesn’t want to give me a nap, because he’s a machine. He doesn’t take breaks.”
Chatting on the Strictly podcast, she jokes her naps are merely an opportunity for “calming meditation”.
Ranvir, who regularly wakes up at 3am, texts Giovanni about their dance moves. “At 3:30am I’ll be brushing my teeth and I think: ‘I’ll just ask him a question…’”
The Good Morning Britain presenter joked during Sunday’s results show that she enjoys hearing rumours the pair – who are both single – are enjoying a fling, because they are “doing good things for my reputation”.
Which is probably a good thing, as the couple will likely fan the flames when they dance the sultry Argentine Tango this Saturday night.
