Jacqueline Jossa and husband Dan Osborne whisked their kids away for a fun weekend at Alton Towers.

The EastEnders and TOWIE stars took their girls Ella, five, and two-year-old Mia, away for the weekend with Dan revealing they spent stayed in a luxurious cabin and spent Sunday at the Splash Landings water park.

Taking to Instagram, Jac shared a sweet snap with daughter Ella as they smiled at the camera next to one of the rides.

An emotional Jac cuddled her firstborn, writing: “You make me understand the meaning of proud.”

Meanwhile Dan raved about how much fun the family had at Alton Towers as he took to his Instagram Story to encourage others to go.

Speaking to his 1.1 million followers, enthusiastic Dan said: “We’ve had a lovely day in Splash Landings water park in Alton Towers for about six and a half hours with the kids.

“And they absolutely loved it.

“If you have never been here or never stayed here with your family you have to, it’s absolutely beautiful. Little cabins in an enchanted village.”

Earlier this month, Jac admitted she was in tears when her eldest daughter Ella went back to primary school.

Taking to Instagram, Jacqueline shared a series of pictures of Ella as the little girl prepared for her first day in year one.

Proud mum Jac shared a series of heartwarming snaps of her little girl in her school uniform, as she smiled for the camera with dad Dan and little sister Mia.

Jac penned: “Year 1 we are ready for you! I am so proud of her. Golly gosh!

“It’s so hard to let her go, we have had such a lovely time all together as a family, we needed this time all together and it’s been amazing.

“Ella has been so brilliant during the whole of lockdown and really grown, she’s so much braver, stronger and confident.”

She added: “She was ready for today. Mia had a little cry because she doesn’t ever have to say goodbye to her sister, usually where Ella goes, Mia goes.

“That breaks my heart a little. Mummy and daddy had a little tear in their eye, so proud!!!!! We love you Ella, it’s different in the house now and I can’t wait to pick you up.”
