Jack Osbourne says two of his daughters caught Covid-19 by taking sip of shared drink

Former reality TV star Jack Osbourne has revealed that two of his daughters have Covid-19 as his mum Sharon Osbourne has gone into self-isolation

Jack Osbourne has revealed that two of his daughters fell ill with Covid-19 after sharing a drink with a family employee.

The 34-year-old son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne says that his daughter Minnie Theodora, two, and one of her sisters – either eight-year-old Pearl Clementine or five-year-old Andy Rose – had caught the virus.

Jack shares the girls with his ex-wife Lisa Stelly, who he was married to from 2012 to 2018.

Speaking on the pocast Pretty Messed Up, Jack spoke about how his girls likely caught the virus.

He explained: “Someone who works for me went away, came back — and they didn’t tell me they were going out of town, they just appeared and were like, ‘Oh, yeah, we went out [of town].’

“And my daughter picked up the drink that they set down and took a sip.”

The dad then spoke about the difficulties of living with children with Covid-19.

Jack revealed: “I’m to the point of when this is going to lift, like actually my house has had like a corona outbreak with my two daughters; my two daughters have it.

“The only symptoms my daughter had was just a little bit of a runny nose and a fever, and that was for like, three days.

“She’s got zero symptoms now. She’s still technically in the positive window because it hasn’t been two weeks.”

But how have the rest of the Osbourne clan been coping?

“It’s just a lot of dodging and weaving,” added Jack. “We spend a lot of time outdoors.”

Elsewhere, on Monday, Sharon Osbourne went on panel show The Talk to address her grandchildren’s illness and also how she was affected.

Sharon explained: “I was meant to be in the studio, I was so looking forward to it.

“And then, unfortunately, one of my granddaughters has come down with Covid. She’s okay, she’s doing good.

The former X Factor judge confirmed that she was safe and well herself, however.

“I don’t have it. Her daddy doesn’t have it, her mummy doesn’t have it, her sisters don’t have it. She caught it from somebody that works for my son.

“And it just goes to show you – she’s three years of age – that children can get Covid.”
