Inside war of WAGs as Rebekah Vardy joins Dancing On Ice amid Coleen Rooney feud

Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney’s feud become known as Wagatha Christie after Coleen sensationally claimed she had worked out the culprit by only sharing the fake news to Rebekah’s Instagram

Rebekah Vardy has vowed to “clear her name” after Coleen Rooney waged a WAG war.

The wife of Leicester City footballer Jamie, 38, has signed up to Dancing on Ice as the WAGs are weeks away from their showdown in court.

Drama ensued when Coleen, 34, accused Rebekah’s Instagram account of leaking false stories to the newspapers in an extraordinary rant in October last year.

Quickly the feud become known as Wagatha Christie after Coleen sensationally claimed she had worked out the culprit by only sharing the fake news to Rebekah’s Instagram.

Their court showdown will unfold within weeks, a judge has ordered.

It’s going to be one of the most nail-biting celebrity courtroom clashes ever.

Mr Justice Nicklin ordered a preliminary trial to take place to decide the “natural and ordinary” meaning of Coleen’s social media posts.

Coleen’s Instagram has a reach of 885,000 followers and her Twitter account has 1.2million followers.

The order was made after Rebekah’s lawyers filed papers at the High Court asking for the judge to determine the meaning of the words spoken.

Rebekah seeks substantial damages because she claims Coleen’s social media posts resulted in her suffering “severe and extreme hostility and abuse”.

The model denied going to the newspapers about Coleen and she said several people have had access to her private Instagram over the years.

In a new interview with Piers Morgan, Rebekah ruled she needs to clear her name after failing to work things out “amicably” with Coleen.

She said on Good Morning Britain: “Look, we [Me and Coleen Rooney] tried to sort things out amicably and it just didn’t work.

“I understand people think it’s ridiculous, but what was I meant to do?
