Scarlett Moffatt has put her lavish home up for sale so she can move 10 miles down the road into a new pad with her boyfriend Scott Dobinson.
The former Gogglebox star, 30, bought her first home in 2017 after winning I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! the previous year.
The mansion, in Bishop Auckland, has now gone on the market for £395,000 and Scarlett is hoping for a quick sale so she can move into her new love nest.
In a post on Instagram, she wrote: “Me and Scott are off on an adventure (10 miles away) so our beautiful home is now for sale.”
The house boasts five bedrooms, including one which Scarlett has turned into a walk-in wardrobe for her designer clothes and accessories.
There’s a huge open plan dining room, kitchen and lounge area with a large TV mounted on the wall.
A separate living area boasts a huge lime green sofa and exposed brick wall while there’s also a cinema room for watching movies.
Scarlett has decorated the cinema room with old movie posters from films including Jaws, Psycho and The Breakfast Club.
Upstairs the master bedroom is nice and bright with double sky lights, and one of the bathroom boasts a luxurious roll top bath with a ‘Hello Gorgeous’ bath matt.
One spare bedroom has been done out in a green theme, while another is set up for all of Scarlett’s home working with a ring light and what looks like a home studio.
Another room is fitted out with a dressing table, mirror and massive light – creating the perfect space for the telly star to do her make-up.
The garden has a hot tub and a patio, where there’s a corner sofa and tables for outdoor fun when the weather is good.
There’s also private parking for at least two cars on the driveway.
Scarlett is believed to have bought the house for around £300,000 three years ago so she looks set to make a healthy profit if she gets the £395,000 asking price.
A description posted on Rightmove.co.uk reads: “The home stands as a credit to its current owner and has been finished to an extremely high standard throughout boasting quality fixtures & fittings making this the dream purchase for any growing family…
