TV presenter Phillip Schofield has built up a healthy bank balance throughout the years.

This Morning’s Phil, 57, reportedly earns £1.73million a year for presenting ITV shows and also tops up his savings with other collaborations – such as his wine with Waitrose.

And as reports surface that the ITV favourite is set to split his £9 million fortune with his wife Stephanie Lowe – who gave her unwavering public support Phil when he come out as gay on This Morning earlier this year – here is a look at the silver fox’s luxury assets all paid for thanks to his whopping TV salary.

Phillip is the proud owner of a plush country pile located in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

The abode – worth a reported £2.5 million – is surrounded by lush greenery and inside there are warm and inviting touches.

The large house has a stylish kitchen, stunning conservatory and outdoor dining area.

And that is not the only property on the Schofield books.

The telly star also owns an incredible holiday home in Portugal.

The second home is located in the Algarve and offers stunning views across the Portuguese hills.

As to be expected, the villa has a private swimming pool and perfectly manicured lawns, as well as a number of al-fresco eating spots.

In September it was revealed that Phil more than doubled his salary in a year, from £803,000 to £1.73million.

The £927,000 rise for the ITV host was revealed in newly published accounts and was largely due to Dancing On Ice’s return in January last year.

Details of her pay were revealed in published accounts for her company Roxy Media, which showed that the bumper cash boost was paid in the form of a dividend.

On Thursday a source told The Sun that Phil will share his £9m fortune with his wife – when they decide to end their marriage.

The insider shared: “She has been so supportive, and he won’t skip off into the sunset now and abandon her. At the same time, he has no desire to become embroiled in a bitter and costly divorce battle.

“Phillip is in no hurry to meet someone new, but obviously the D word has now been mooted, albeit in very loose and casual terms. His earning power is at an all-time high, and Steph is entitled to half.

“He is not disputing this — all he wants in return is her ongoing loyalty… and discretion. His family is his No1 priority and that will never change.”

At the start of this year, Phil gave an impassioned speech as he come out as gay on This Morning during an interview with Holly Willoughby.

He said at the time: “You never know what’s going on in someone’s seemingly perfect life.

“So you won’t know what has been consuming me for the last few years.”
