Katy Perry has decided to sell her lavish spare Beverly Hills home for a cool $7.95million.
The 35-year-old songstress, who recently welcomed her first child with actor Orlando Bloom, is parting ways with the prestigious property just two years after purchase.
The property listing came shortly after Katy was reportedly pictured viewing a $4 million home two hours north of Los Angeles in Santa Barbra.
Here, we take a look at the gorgeous property that Katy Perry has decided to part ways with.
The expansive home is set in a private neighbourhood in Beverly Hills and was geared at being a guest house for Katy’s visitors.
Picked up for $7.5 million in 2018, Katy has done very little to the stunning build that comes with some famous neighbours close by that include Nicole Kidman and Cameron Diaz.

The home offers a gorgeous hallway and wood panelled floors that opens out onto a comfortable living space decorated in neutral shades.
There’s a huge sofa framing a central table and exquisite rug, alongside plenty of photo frames and pictures that makes the room feel homely.
Katy’s guest home also boasts a light and airy kitchen area with a central island and light marble tops.
There’s two ovens and lots of kitchen equipment, making this the ultimate space for cooking up a storm.
Just across from the kitchen are a set of doors that open onto a dining area located near a set of patio doors.
Upstairs, the home offers a vast master bedroom suite alongside lots of walk-in closets, an outdoor balcony and en-suite bathroom.
There’s also a music room that has sage coloured walls and a cream carpet that is ideal for putting together some tracks.
The enormous room is laden with instruments and a mixing deck and has plenty of windows allowing for even more natural light.
