Illinois city issues reparations to help close wealth gap

An Illinois city in 2019 became the first in the U.S. to implement reparations to address the lasting harms from slavery and discriminatory housing policies. Certain residents received money to be used on either mortgages or home repairs. Adriana Diaz has more.
