Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield are going their separate ways – in one aspect of their business relationship.

The This Morning presenters appear practically inseparable to many fans thanks to their week day hosting duties, joint hosting of Dancing on Ice, and penchant for holidaying together.

But now 39-year-old Holly is said to be quitting the showbiz agency that also represents 58-year-old Philip and is striking out on her own.

According to reports, Holly is departing from YMU Entertainment – formerly James Grant Group and who also represents stars including Ant and Dec and Davina McCall – after 13 years to establish her own company.

It is believed the star will christen her company Roxy Management – and the daytime host is aiming to work with an all-female staff.

A source revealed all to The Sun on Sunday, claiming: “Lockdown has given her time to reflect and think about her future.

“In many ways, it has become the perfect opportunity to start afresh and it was just time for a change.

“She is really excited about managing herself and having more say over decisions on a day-to-day basis.

“She has always had such incredible business sense and is proud to be a working mum and career woman.”

The source goes on to claim Holly is hoping to improve her “work-life balance”, with the new business venture intending to aid in the goal.

The host has three children with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin, 45 – 11-year-old son Harry, nine-year-old daughter Belle and five-year-old son Chester.

Earlier this year, Holly announced she was quitting Celebrity Juice after 12 years on the show as she wanted to spend more time with her family.
