The 59-year-old comedian has been married to 57-year-old fashion designer Lucy Lyster since 1997 – but their romance is said to be all over and he’s moved out of their London home

Harry Enfield’s marriage is on the rocks with the comedian moving out of his family home, according to reports.

The 59-year-old TV star has been married to 57-year-old fashion designer Lucy Lyster since 1997, but the decades long romance is said to have come to a crashing end.

According to the Daily Mail, Harry has called time on the 23-year long marriage and moved out of the family home in Notting Hill – although it is unclear exactly when the split took place.

While Harry is said to have called upon a friend for support, soon-to-be ex-wife Lucy, who co-founded children’s clothes brand Wild & Gorgeous, is said to be distraught.

A friend of the couple told the publication: “It’s very sad, but Harry is living elsewhere.”

The source added: “He’s being comforted by a female friend. Lucy’s heartbroken.”

Mirror Online have contacted a representative of the couple for comment.

Harry and Lucy have three children together – a 23-year-old son named Archie, 21-year-old daughter named Poppy, and a second daughter named Nell, 17.

Both Harry and Lucy have discussed the fact their family are unaffected by his fame.

In a past interview, explaining how they first met, Lucy said: “I didn’t have much of a take on who he was. When we were introduced it was, ‘Oh, this is Harry; he’s a comedian’.”

While Harry told the BBC last year: “[Lucy] had no interest in my comedy and she’s passed that on to our children!”

The comic explained in another interview that his children were oblivious to his fame until accidentally stumbling across a video of his work.

He explained how this led to an awkward scenario, saying; “They said: ‘What’s this? Can we watch this?’

“So I put it on the telly and we were all sitting there, and the doorbell went and it was the police, ‘cos my bike had been stolen.”
