First Dates waitress CiCi Coleman has unveiled the results of her regular pilates workouts as she gave a rundown of some of her favourite moves on Instagram.

Cici, who has won over a loyal fanbase through her appearance on the Channel 4 show, took to social media to reveal how she hones her curves.

The Oxford born beauty showed how she gets a pert and rounded booty as she filmed herself in action on her mat performing a number of vigorous donkey kicks.

A body confident CiCi showed off her athletic figure in an ab-flashing crop top and lycra leggings in the instructional footage.

As well as her job welcoming hopeful singletons on First Dates, CiCi is also a trained Hot Pilates teacher.

Earlier this year, she showed how much the exercise had changed her body with a before and after portrait.

“These pictures are taken 4 months apart. The one of the left I remember looking at and feeling good about the fact that I’d lost 2lbs. Now when I look at it, I remember what a bad headspace I was in and how stressed I was.

“I wasn’t eating enough and was just trying to get through the day without crying.”

CiCi said she also put her transformation down to US chat show legend Oprah Winfrey.

The star said her motivation has soared since she started listening to Oprah’s podcasts as well as meditating.

Multi talent CiCi also has several acting credits under her belt – and was working as an actress when she was first scouted for the Channel 4 show.

Cici joined the show in its third series along with Sam Conrad and Laura Trott, with the trio now becoming familiar faces to fans.

Eager viewers had been hoping CiCi and Sam would form a romantic attachment themselves after noticing their chemistry.

However, the pair have since revealed they are nothing more than good friends – despite Sam jokingly trying to woo CiCi with Love Actually style message boards in the Christmas special.
