The developer of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, Mediatonic, revealed their plans for the PC and PS4 party game.
Speaking of which, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a game that puts 60 players into a selection of infamous obstacle in their paths. Players would have to survive each path to move forward and make an attempt to apprehend the golden crown.
Having said that, what exactly did Mediatonic reveal after the successful launch of Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout? Mediatonic noted about future integration for DLC and Twitch.
In an exclusive interview with Express Online, lead designer, Joe Walsh noted:
‘We’re already working on new packs of levels that are going to drop—for free—pretty often over the coming months, and each new season is going to come with a lot of costumes to earn in the game.’
Walsh also had this to say: ‘Alongside that, we’re already talking about exciting things like Twitch integration and fun things we could try out.’
Walsh stated that Twitch integration is vital to the company, as Mediatonic tried to steal the gameshow euphoria.
He continued saying: ‘We’re inspired by gameshows after all, and so it makes total sense to move the viewing power of the game.’
Besides, the company had posted a preview of the upcoming DLC over on Twitter, establishing plans to unveil new levels, skins, and gameplay features.
In fact, in some place, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has received a big new update ahead of the weekend.
In that regard, the new update improves the servers’ network performance and disables the custom name on Steam. Listed below are the patch notes:
• Optimisations and improvements to the servers for the weekend! • Temporarily disabled custom player names on Steam as players were using exploits to break UI and display offensive language. • Fixed store to prevent hacking crowns/kudos.
