It’s looking like Faith Stowers might be the supreme winner in the end. The star famously called out Kristin Doute and Stassi Schroeder for being racist toward her while they co-starred on Bravo TV’s Vanderpump Rules.
Now, Page Six has reported that Faith is in talks with the network about getting her own spin-off series. According to the outlet, Faith might just be getting a new reality series similar to Vanderpump Rules that will revolve around a black-owned enterprise.
Vanderpump Rules, on the other hand, appears to be on its way out since Stassi and Kristin were fired over the summertime for filing a police report against Stowers, who just so happened to be the only black person on the show.
In case you haven’t heard of the story already, Stassi and Kristin caught win of a Daily Mail story back in 2018 regarding a woman who had committed several robberies in Los Angeles. Stassi and Kristin reported Faith for the crime.
An insider who spoke with Page Six claimed Faith is now shopping around a new reality series, explaining how she thought it would be a great opportunity for the network to celebrate black-owned businesses and entrepreneurialism.
Earlier this month, E! reported on the future of Vanderpump Rules, claiming it was possible the series would no longer continue. The outlet quoted a source who said there was no certain timeline for the series to come back on the air anytime soon.
Additionally, the coronavirus pandemic has complicated the show’s return, in combination with the Stowers, Kristen, and Stassi controversy which led to the firing of both key cast members. Fans of the show know Kristin and Stassi were original members.
An insider who spoke with Page Six claimed it isn’t known what’s going to happen with Vanderpump Rules, especially with the strict lockdown measures right now in the city of Los Angeles, and the greater California area.
As it was previously reported, Stassi and Kristin were put on blast earlier this year by Faith when they both came out as Black Lives Matter supporters. Faith accused both of them of being hypocrites, which ultimately led to their firing.
