Emma Roberts’ boyfriend Garrett Hedlund was arrested for driving under the influence and was ordered to go to rehab, it’s claimed.
The Tron actor, 36, was allegedly arrested on January 24 and his blood alcohol level tested at .36 percent, which is four times the legal limit of .08.
Garrett is expecting his first child with American Horror Story actress Emma, 29, with the duo announcing the pregnancy back in August.
A source close to the couple told The Sun : “When the incident occurred, Garrett immediately sought treatment which was successful.
“Today, he is in a solid and great place.”
Garrett’s attorney negotiated a plea deal, it’s reported.
The film star reportedly completed a 30-day residential treatment program, a nine-month first-offender alcohol and drug education counselling program.
He was also required to attend 30 AA meetings and perform 100 hours of community service, according to the report.

Garrett and Emma have been together since 2019.
She announced her pregnancy back in August by sharing pictures of herself flaunting her growing baby bump and posing with her man.
“Me…and my two favourite guys,” she captioned the post alongside two blue love heart emojis, confirming she’s having a baby boy.
The couple are said to be “getting more and more excited” to become parents.
A source told Us: “Garrett is really looking forward to becoming a dad and feels as though this is something he needed.
