Emily Ratajkowski recreated Demi Moore’s iconic Vanity Fair pregnancy photoshoot for Halloween.

The costume comes five days after the supermodel announced she is expecting her first child with Sebastian Bear-McClard in rival mag Vogue.

It’s nearly 30 years since Demi made headlines around the world with the front page – so 29-year-old Emily decided to pay homage.

Demi, 57, famously appeared naked with her second child, daughter Scout, for the glossy mag back in 1991.

Emily, with her hair just like the film great, paid tribute to the cover shot in white shirt and black bra and underwear with her belly on show.

She captioned the Instagram shot “Demi’s Body” in red writing.

The star, who boasts nearly 30 million follows on the social media site, recently discussed the issue of gender.

In an essay for Vogue, Emily outlined why she doesn’t want to reveal her baby’s sex.

She wrote: “When my husband and I tell friends that I’m pregnant, their first question after ‘Congratulations’ is almost always ‘Do you know what you want?’

“We like to respond that we won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then.

“Everyone laughs at this. There is a truth to our line, though, one that hints at possibilities that are much more complex than whatever genitalia our child might be born with.

“The truth that we ultimately have no idea who — rather than what — is growing inside my belly.”

“Who will this person be? What kind of person will we become parents to? How will they change our lives and who we are?
