Davina McCall is not taking her foot off the pedal when it comes to working out and keeping in shape.

The TV presenter, 52, recently sent shockwaves across social media after debuting her washboard abs and honed body in a series of bikini snaps.

And it seems as though quite a lot of hard work goes into achieving that incredible look, as she was back at it jogging at a local park.

Davina looked focused as she continued to get her steps in.

The former Big Brother host wore a simple grey crew neck jumper teamed up with purple colour block leggings.

She put her hair up in a pony tail for the workout, to ensure it doesn’t get in her face when she’s on the go.

The TV star shares children Holly, Tilly and Chester with her ex husband Matthew Robertson, who she separated from in 2017 after 17 years of marriage.

Since the break-up, Davina has made no secret of her passion for exercise and fitness and has released several best-selling fitness DVDS and cook books in recent years.

Davina posted a number of selfies on Instagram since her marriage to Matthew ended, which showed how she had lost weight and got into shape.

Since losing weight, she told Women’s Health magazine that she was upset with some of the comments she received afterwards and said people do not always think about “the sadness”.

Davina said: “It’s called the divorce diet, where you just literally shed [weight].”

She continued: “It happens to so many people I know. It was nothing I did. I was just running on adrenaline.

“Quite a few people [understood] and were like, ‘I think she’s having a hard time, maybe we should lay off’.”

She added: “But there were lots of people who didn’t. There are some really mean people out there and there are also some very uninformed people who don’t think about the story behind the sadness.”

The mother-of-three said she is now happier than ever and is feeling “sexy” and dressing “sexily”.
