Colleges seeing COVID-19 clusters as video shows students not social distancing

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has decided to implement distance learning for its students just days after they arrived and clusters of COVID-19 formed. Other campuses are facing their own bouts of the coronavirus as more video emerges of students partying in packed groups without masks. David Begnaud reports.
