Christie traffic jam scandal sparks federal investigation

During a nearly two-hour press conference, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said he was blindsided by messages that his team conspired to shut down three local access lanes to the George Washington Bridge. The FBI is now helping to find out if any federal laws were broken. CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano reports.
