After three years of marriage, Cardi B has decided to split from Offset. What led her to this decision? The rapper revealed all the details in a livestream she had on her OnlyFans account.
The 27-year-old rapper went live on the OnlyFans account late Wednesday evening and talked about her divorce. She explained in the livestream that she just couldn’t wait to see yet another controversy regarding his infidelity.
“I didn’t wait [for] another controversy with him being involved. I decided to leave. If I wanted to stay, I could have stayed. I decided to leave.”
During the livestream, the “WAP” singer told her fans that it was her decision, and nobody could throw that in her face. She added that nobody could hurt her feelings because of that:
“You cannot hurt my feelings trying to throw the divorce in my face because, at the end of the day, I decided I wanted to leave.”
Cardi B (born Belcalis Almanzar) filed for divorce on September 18. Offset received 30 days to answer the court summons. Cardi B requests that the assets the couple have acquired since they got married to be split, as well as their debts.
The rapper also wants her separate property and wants Offset to cover her legal fees. As for their two-year-old daughter, Kulture, Cardi B wants full custody.
Offset hasn’t made any comment since Cardi B announced their split, so we don’t know yet his side of the story. The only announcement he did was of his first stage show. “I get to perform for my fans again with my artists, Duke Deuce and YRN Mango live, globally on my platform,” he stated.
On the other hand, Cardi B has been open about the separation after the announcement. The next day after the news made headlines all over the world, she took to social media to let everyone know she wasn’t crying about the breakup.
