While Big Sean is one of the most famous rappers of the modern era, he and his girlfriend, Jhene Aiko, have managed to keep their relationship under wraps for the most part, with the exception of a few public outings here and there also a bar or two about Aiko in some of his songs.
Fans will remember when Big Sean and Jhené sent sexual messages across the internet to each other on social media, which led to some people being turned off of their romance entirely. Regardless, there’s no question the two celebs have been through rough patches.
For instance, they’ve broken up a number of times, however, Big Sean went back to her and she took him back. During a chat with Montreality which aired last night, the Detroit 2 artist shared one of his greatest romantic gestures.
In addition to discussing his relationship, the rapper also touched on the deaths of now-iconic performers such as Lil Peep, XXXTentaction, and Juice WRLD – who passed away late last year in the Chicago O’Hara International Airport.

Perhaps the sweetest part of the interview, however, was when Big Sean talked about a time he had planned out an entire day for their anniversary. The rapper said he mapped out the whole day; he planned where they were going to eat; they went to the beach, and he had more activities scheduled for their afternoon by the ocean.
According to Big Sean, he hired a private chef to make a very specific dish for her, and coincidentally, it was the exact one she had talked about that day.
The star went on to say he had placed rose petals up the stairs and they had a private dinner in their house. “I feel like that was a really big surprise,” and it was a great time for both of them, the rapper shared.

Before Big Sean dated Aiko, he was also in a relationship with Naya Rivera, who passed away earlier this summer after having drowned in Lake Piru of California. The rapper took to his social media to pay tribute to Rivera shortly after the news broke that she had died.
