At least 16 killed in Kentucky floods

Heavy flooding in Kentucky killed at least 16 people, including at least six children, and left thousands without power. Speaking Friday morning about the devastation, Gov. Andy Beshear said “it’s a tough one.” WKYT reporter Jim Stratman joins CBS News with more from the region.
